Whilst Poonam had done some coaching training before, she realised this method was different, so decided to train her whole SLT in the Coachinginschools system.
As a result, her SLT became more empowered, their questioning improved, and their mindset shifted.
Staff began owning their development, pupil outcomes improved, and Poonam herself navigated major challenges while maintaining work-life balance.
