“Yeah. Absolutely. I know it’s hard for schools to find the money, but I think in terms of the value we are getting, in terms of being further along with our school development plan, than we would’ve been, we wouldn’t be where we are with that – especially with those five coachees we’ve got at the moment. We wouldn’t be at Christmas, and they’ve done everything they’ve done, if we hadn’t have done this programme for sure.”
