Meet Kim Rogers – she’s a fantastic, highly experienced Headteacher & School Improvement Partner.
Understandably, Kim and her Governors were initially a little apprehensive about investing in the Coachinginschools training, because they knew it was a significant investment for their little school. What if it didn’t work? What if they didn’t get a return on that investment?
Despite their concerns, they took ‘a leap of faith’ and enrolled their entire SLT – including the School Business Manager – on our Coaching Programme.
